I wasn't sure if you could really see how swollen he is, so I took another shot just in case.
All four of his upper incisors are sooo swollen and his left one is cutting before his middle. Josh says he's doing it OUT OF ORDER!!
Plus, LOOK CLOSELY or double click... his bottom teeth came in in a "V" formation. Josh calls him our little ogre.
He may be a laid back kid but I wounder if this is fortelling the fact that he will go "against the grain" in a lot of things in life.
