I try as best I can to follow the "FLY Lady". Shes a cleaning gooroo. You can google her. Anyways... she has whats called a control journal which seems to evade my every attempt. So i put it all on a white board and its a miracle!! For some reason pulling out a book was too big a step for me. But I can turn my head to look at the wall!
